Paige Pavalone via firstgiving website
I've waited more than two years to comment about Paige Pavalone. Since the news is out that this former Missoula County Deputy was fired from her position, I feel freer to comment.
On February 18, 2013 Paige Pavalone tried to pick a fight with me "on the side of the road". In June 2013 I made affidavit about this misconduct against Paige Pavalone formerly from the MCSO in Montana. While I refused to ever read this report when it started with "I turned around to apprehend the suspect". In other words, Paige Pavalone was out of control, made a dangerous U Turn when a motorist was traveling within 10 miles of the speed limit, in sunny conditions.
I gave officer Pavalone my license, insurance, and registration for the vehicile. This is an important point: Paige Pavalone refused to do her job as a Deputy Sheriff in Missoula Montana at time of traffic stop. She wanted to argue some more, and I refused and closed my window. Paige Pavalone, wonderful law enforcement officer that she is pounded on the window (more like assaulted) and screemed to roll down the window. I rolled down the window, without reaction or eye contact in a very calm manner. Since this was not enough for Paige Pavalone, she asked me to step out of the car, placed me in handcuffs, and never stated what charge she was arresting me on, or whether Paige Pavalone was even arresting me at all.
Paige Pavalone called the then Under sheriff ( he recently resigned in Missoula MT) to the scene. On video it is captured that Paige Pavalone wanted me to "goto jail" so the Under-Sheriff said to charge me with obstruction (without probable cause). Paige Pavalone is a liability to any law enforcement group. She has Jane Wayne syndrome...that is she has beer muscles when it comes to being more of a "bad ass" law enforcement officer. She would be a huge liability at any new cop shop.
This is my contention after my on scene witness and I saw Paige Pavalone tear up behind her sunglasses as she knew she fouled up the traffic stop and this was probably her last straw at the Missoula County Sheriff Office. She was re-assigned to her last duty at the Missoula County Sheriff--The Public Information Officer job. What really gets me is her off duty idea of helping the Montana Special Olympics for disabled people. This does not make her a better person, merely a hypocrite.
Paige Pavalone needs to do some serious work to restore her personality. She does not need to be a bad ass or ever employed in Law Enforcement ever again in any capacity. Who am I to say this? Oh, only someone approved for two national security clearances, holds a teacher license, and is owner of two Montana Businesses. Paige Pavalone has stopped many people due to false charges, this blog was written about Paige Pavalone to equalize terrible things that she has done to people.
Do not hire Paige Pavalone for any law enforcement, even if she kisses up to the administration, like she did in Missoula, Montana. One thing is for sure about law enforcement politics...the winds of change are fierce, and forever. Paige Pavalone only kissed up to keep favors, and she was a terrible officer.
Pavalone was accused of helping a friend in the Missoula County Sheriff Office get out of a DUI or other criminal issues. There may have been purjury issues as well, and I will state clearly that I have no direct information, only press fed information about Paige Pavalone's termination from the MCSO.
As soon as the United States stops hiring steroid-or cool-aid filled individuals both male and in Pavalone's case female, we will all be better off. One thing I could not get, was the hatred, and the pure evil in Pavalone's demeanor February 18, 2013. I still have the video, which was tampered to make sure a "conviction" did not allow a lawsuit (all part of affidavit). It did not help Pavalone's case to lie in court (also in affidavit) or have the state present a shorter video than was produced to my defense attorney (also in affidavit).
Paige Pavalone is deserving of the termination from the Missoula County Sheriff office. Since this information was shared in kind with her boss (who fired her) it may have contributed to the final straw with Paige Pavalone in Montana. Lets hope that no-one is dumb enough to offer Paige Pavalone any future work as a law enforcement officer.
How powerful are you now Officer Pavalone....the truth is protected and an equalizer of all things.
